There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Masek was noted. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 274(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 274(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 274(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
